A. No. But we do have several options. You can sign up for one of our personal training packages, have a trainer on demand, and book a drop in session if you are already a client. Our personal trainers operate on a strictly by appointment basis, so it is required to make an appointment. In our experience, personal training gives you the best results as it is targeted towards your needs. We offer a trial session to see just how effective it can be. If you are happy, then purchase a session package with us and be amazed at your results.

A. The good news is we are having an introductory offer right now. Our sessions prices range from $90.00 to $120.00 per hour depending on the size of package you choose.

A. Currently we have 6, 12, 24, and 36 Session packages. Prices depend on the package you choose.
